WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 3 business days for processing. Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS

First Class Mail.


 I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO? 
If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of the purchase at
fancyopulence@gmail.com with your full name and order number. If a tracking number has already
been provided the package will be rerouted back to us. If a package is returned back to us the
buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping
cost within 48 hours a refund for the lashes ONLY will be issued.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued out.


 CAN I USE P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?

A P.O. box is an acceptable shipping address. 


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL! There will be no return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes. If you received the wrong order please contact us at fancyopulence@gmail.com
